Alvin Rozario
I am an IB educator, Physics mentor and learning designer with more than 10 years of teaching experience across CBSE, IGCSE and IB curricula. Over the years, I have mentored more than 200 students, helping them strengthen their conceptual understanding, improve their problem-solving skills and become more confident, independent learners.
I currently teach at Oakridge International School, Gachibowli, where I work with students through concept-driven learning, scientific inquiry and meaningful assessment.
As the founder of LumiKnow, I am building learning experiences that make student progress clearer, feedback more useful and improvement more purposeful. My approach is based on a simple belief: students learn best when they understand the ideas behind what they are studying, recognise how they can improve and feel supported throughout their learning journey.
